针对彩色图像的平滑滤波问题,提出基于KL变换和RLS的平滑滤波算法。对待平滑的彩色图像进行离散KL变换,应用RLS滤波方法分别对提取的分量图像进行平滑,将各分量的滤波图像合成并进行离散KL逆变换。与常数比率的维纳滤波、自相关函数的维纳滤波进行比较,比较结果表明,该平滑滤波算法对加入高斯和椒盐噪声的模糊彩色图像均具有良好的滤波效果。
Aiming at the problems of the smoothing filter for color image,an image smoothing method based on Karhunen-Loeve(KL)transform and recursive least-square(RLS)was presented.The color image was transformed from the RGB color space into a new space(JKL space)using KL transform,and then filtering method of RLS was used to smooth component images.The smoothed component images were synthesized and transformed from the JKL space into RGB space using KL inversion transform.Compared with restoration effects of the constant ratio Wiener filtering and auto correlation function Wiener filtering,results show that the proposed method has good smoothing effect for the blurred color image with Gaussian noise and salt and pepper noise added.
