目的 评价A53T转基因小鼠的小肠运动功能。方法 选取不同月龄A53T转基因小鼠与同窝野生型(WT)对照小鼠,通过检测两组小肠推进率,评估A53T转基因小鼠小肠运动功能是否发生变化。结果 17和19月龄雌性A53T转基因小鼠的小肠推进率与WT小鼠比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05);15和17月龄雄性A53T转基因小鼠的小肠推进率与WT小鼠比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论 在A53T转基因小鼠中,未观察到小肠运动功能障碍。
Objective To evaluate the small intestine motility of A53T transgenic mice. Methods A53T transgenic mice of different months of age and wild-type littermates were selected, the intestinal propulsive rate was tested to observe if the in- testinal movement function was changed. Results No significant difference of small intestinal propulsive rate in 17-and 19- month-old female A53T transgenic mice versus the wild-type littermates was noted (P〉0.05), the difference of that in 15-and 17- month-old A53T hemizygous male mice was not significant as well versus wild-type ones in regard to the intestine movement (P〉 0.05). Conclusion No small intestinal motility dysfunction was observed in A53T transgenic mice.
