英文摘要：
The angles of fractional Fourier transform （FrFT） are looked as a new kind of resource, and are allocated to each base stations （BSs） of OFDM cellular system, which can confirm the intral-cell mutual orthogonality between modulating base functions at different suhchannels, and the inter-cell mutual nearly orthogonality between modulating base functions at same subchannel. Therefore, inter-cell interference （ICI） can be perfectly suppressed, and cell-edge throughput is improved.
