Based on the transnational cooperation in cluster supply chain, the page analyzes the independent innovation mode from the horizontal viewing angle between domestic and foreign chain. And the paper divides the mode into four stages according the differences of the horizontal cooperation links, then analyzes the evolution path of the four stages.
