山区铁路选线设计的方案优选是一个包含难以用工程运营费来衡量的定性指标和定量指标的多属性决策问题。引入基于离差投影的混合型多属性决策方法,针对指标权重未知的山区铁路选线设计方案比选,首先将定性指标转化为三角模糊数,然后通过离差最大化方法计算各指标的权重,再构造综合投影算子和相对贴近度建立方案比选模型,最后结合选线实例说明模型的有效性和实用性,从而为解决山区铁路选线设计的方案比选问题提供一种新方法。
The scheme optimization of route selection design for a mountain railway is a comprehensive multi-attribute decision-making issue, concerning the qualitative and quantitative indexes which cannot be measured by project operation costs. Therefore, this paper introduces the hybrid multi-attribute decision-making method based on the deviation projection technology, so as to do the scheme comparison and optimization for the route selection of mountain railway with unknown index weights. First, the qualitative indexes should be transformed into the triangular fuzzy numbers; and then the weight of every index should be calculated by means of maximum deviation degree method; finally, both the comprehensive projection operator and the relative nearness degree should be constructed, so that the optimal model of scheme comparison and selection can be established. An example of route selection is also illustrated to show the effectiveness and practicality of this model. It provides a new method for scheme optimization of route selection design of mountain railways.
