化学腐蚀下红层软岩单轴压缩及声发射特征试验研究

为研究酸性水化学溶液浸蚀作用下红层软岩的细观损伤演化特征,利用声发射技术分析红层软岩在受不同p H化学溶液浸蚀作用后的单轴压缩损伤破坏过程。试验结果显示:酸性溶液对红层软岩主要表现为溶蚀作用;受腐蚀后红层软岩试样破坏失稳过程中的声发射特征与试样中的裂纹萌生、扩展和贯通的演化特征密切相关;试样在破坏过程的声发射能量呈现"上升—峰值—下降—平缓"的演化规律,峰值前有声发射平静期;红层软岩在不同p H酸性溶液浸蚀95 d后单轴抗压强度均有所降低;随着浸泡溶液p H减小,化学腐蚀程度增大,溶蚀孔隙分布越多,试件在单轴荷载下压密阶段声发射特征越明显。试验结果可为受腐蚀区域红层软岩的长期稳定性的评价提供参考。

英文摘要:

In order to study the micro- damage evolution of the red- bed soft rock under the effect of the acidic water,the rock mass AE technology was used to analyze the damage process of the red- bed soft rock during the uniaxial compression test after it was immersed in acidic water with different p H value. The experiment results show that the acidic water have corrosion effect on the red- bed soft rock corrosion effect. The acoustic emission characteristic of the erosion samples during the damage process is closely related to the evolution characteristics of the crack,such as the generation,extension and cutting through. The AE energy of the red- bed soft rock during the damage process presents the regularity of rising- peak value- declining- easement,and there is a quiet period before the peak strength. The uniaxial compressive strength of the red- bed soft rock decreased in some degree after it had been immersed in acidic water with different p H value for 95 d. With the decrease of the p H value,the chemical erosion increased and the corrosion crack distributed more. The AE of the sample demonstrated much obvious in the compression phase under uniaxial load. The results could be used to provide references for the long- term stability evaluation of the red- bed soft rock in the erosion areas.
