提升经济效率，转变经济发展方式的重要途径是优化产业结构和实施技术创新。本文以全国30个省（市、自治区）的经济数据为基础，运用DEA、 SPSS和EVIEWS 软件，研究结构优化和技术创新对区域经济效率的影响。实证结果表明：在东部地区，结构优化和技术创新均能显著地改善经济效率；在中部地区，结构优化对经济效率的影响不够稳定，技术创新对经济效率的效用有赖于创新成果的转化时间；在西部地区，二者对经济效率的影响均不显著。另外，在三个区域内，结构优化和技术创新的互动效应均显著地促进了经济效率的改善。

英文摘要：

The important way to enhance economic efficiency and transform economic development mode is to optimize industrial structure and implement technological innovation .Based on the economic data of 30 provinces （cities, autono-mous regions ） , this paper studies the effect of technological innovation and structural optimization on regional economic efficiency by using DEA , SPSS and EVIEWS software .The empirical results show that：in the eastern region , structural optimization and technological innovation is able to significantly improve the economic efficiency ; in the central region , impact of structural optimization on economic efficiency is not stable enough and the impact of technological innovation on economic efficiency depends on its transferring time; in the western region , the effect of them on economic efficiency are not significant .In addition, integrated interaction of structural optimization and technological innovation has significant effect on economic efficiency in the three regions .
