建立了一套齿面接触区分析计算时可自动求解初始值的算法.以建立的齿面数学模型为基础,将齿面离散化成点阵结构.对于一对啮合的齿面,在这两个齿面点阵上分别任意取一点,在装配坐标系下,使这对点绕各自的旋转轴转一定角度后法矢量相等,计算出这对点的空间距离.考虑到整个齿面点阵点的组合,找到空间距离最小的一对点,则由这对点给出的相应参数值便可作为求解齿面接触区分析的初始值.通过实际算例,验证了该算法的有效性和实用性.
A method for automatic determination of guess.values for tooth contact analysis of gear drives was developed. Based on the mathematical model of gear face, tooth surface was represented by lattice. First, two points were selected randomly from a pair of tooth faces, and rotated around their own gear axes in the fixed coordinate system until their normal vectors were equal. Then the distance between the two points was calculated. Finally the corresponding parameters of the closest two points can be used as the guess values for tooth contace analysis. Validity and practicability of the method were proved by a numerical example.
