Fifteen combinations of new fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion liquid （NFPL） by semi-bionic extraction, were arranged with 4 kinds of component crude drugs and extracted respectively by semi-bionic extraction. The extractive effects were compared according to the contents of epimedium glycoside, berberine, total alkaloid and dry extract and total integral area of component peaks of HPLC figures in the officinal liquid. The results showed that the best combinative mode was to blend two mixed decoctions after phellodendron bark and epimedium were decocted together and so did motherwort and safflower.
