目的:探讨肠内营养(EN)管饲过程中最佳的冲管方式。方法:将300例病人随机分为研究组、对照1组和对照2组,每组各100例。在常规喂养管维护下,采用40~42℃温开水30~50 ml脉冲式冲管方式作为研究组,40~42℃温开水30~50 ml,正压冲管方式作为对照1组,常温等渗盐水30~50 ml,正压冲管方式作为对照2组。比较各组喂养管堵管率的差异。结果:研究组、对照1组和对照2组喂养管的堵管率分别为1%、9%和12%,研究组分别与对照1组和对照2组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:在EN支持中,喂养管采用40~42℃温开水脉冲式冲管的堵管率低于正压冲管,更低于常温下的等渗盐水正压冲管。
Objective: To explore the best tube washing way for the tube feeding of enteral nutrition(EN).Methods: 300 patients were randomly divided into three groups,namely the observation group,the control group 1 and the control group 2,with each group including 100 members.The feeding tubes of the members in the observation group,which had been normally maintained,were impulsively washed with 30~50 ml of boiled water at 40~42℃;the feeding tubes of the members in the control group 1 were washed with 30~50 ml of boiled water at 40~42℃ under positive pressure;while the feeding tubes of the members in the last group were washed with 30~50 ml normal saline at room temperature under positive pressure.Then,a comparison was made about the differences in the blockage rates of the feeding tubes in the three groups.Results: The blockage rates of the feeding tubes of the members in the observation group,control group 1,and control group 2 stood at 1%,9% and 12%,respectively.The observation group was statistically significant to both control group 1 and control group 2(P0.05),but there was no significant difference between control group 1 and the control group 2(P0.05).Conclusion: The blockage rate of the EN feeding tubes impulsively washed by boiled water at 40~42℃ is significantly lower than those washed under positive pressure,and is even more lower than those washed with normal saline at room temperature under positive pressure.
