知识密集型产业专利创新绩效水平,影响着知识密集型产业自主创新能力和产业竞争力。本文运用DEA—Malmquist指数分析方法从全国整体、29个省级区域、八大综合经济区三个层面对知识密集型产业2005—2010年的专利时序数据进行专利创新效率实证分析.更深层次分析知识密集型产业不同时期专利创新效率的变化.通过指数分解剖析我国知识密集型产业专利创新过程中的技术变化率和资源变化率,确定影响我国知识密集型产业专利创新主要因素,结合实证分析结果,提出相应对策。
The level of innovation efficiency of Knowledge Intensive Industry reflects the Knowledge Intensive Industry's independent innovation ability and affects the national and industrial competitiveness. By using the DEA-Malmquist index analysis approach, this paper conducts an empirical study to evaluate the patent innovative efficiency from the following three perspectives: the whole country, twenty-nine provincial regions, and eight comprehensive economic zones with the time series data from 2005 to 2010. It deeply analyses the patent innovation efficiency change of the Knowledge Intensive Industry in different periods and analyses the technical change rate and the rate of change of resource in the process of China's Knowledge Intensive Industry innovation with the index decomposition, and determines the main factors which affect China's Knowledge Intensive Industry innovation. Combining with the results of the empirical study, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
