高管跨边界流动是企业获取战略性知识资源和进行战略学习的重要手段。本文基于知识转移的视角,采用沪、深两市2000-2012制造业的配对数据,检验了高管跨边界流动对目标企业战略学习的影响以及流动高管与目标企业高管团队间的关系人口学特征在其中的作用。实证结果表明高管流动显著推进了企业间的战略学习,流动高管与目标企业高管团队间的关系人口学特征在其中发挥着明显的积极作用。
Top manager′s flow across enterprise border is an important way for most enterprises to learning and getting strategic knowledge resources.Based on the perspective of knowledge transfer, this paper, using the paired samples data which are collected form listed companies of manufacture industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Market, tests the effects of top manager′s flow on focal enterprise′s strategy learning, as well as the influences of relational demography of the executive and top management team.Empirical result shows that top manager′s flow significantly facilitates the strate-gy learning across enterprise border, wherein the team′s relational demography plays a positive role.
