采用Venism软件建立仿真模型,研究拥有多个供货渠道的制造商与第三方物流(TPL)协同制定订货运输策略对供应链的影响,主要比较分析三类协同程度各异的决策模型下系统绩效指标的表现.结果表明在满足服务水平的情况下,协同程度增加,系统成本降低.此外,考察供应链中不同成员运作带来的随机因素对系统以及协同效果的影响,研究发现供应商产出不确定对协同效果影响最大.
A simulation model is proposed by using Venism to analyze the supply chain. The proposed model deals with the impact of collaborative ordering and transportation decisions on the supply chain which includes several suppliers, one manufacturer and one third-party logistics provider. The performance under three different collaborative models is compared. The results show that the cost will decrease as the collaborative level increases. Moreover, the influence of some stochastic factors arising from the operation of supply chain on the supply chain and collaborative effect. The results show that the supply uncertainty from suppliers affects the collaborative effect.
