在对蒙古矿优化配矿及烧结基础特性研究的基础上,根据高温特性互补以及混料均匀的原则,选取烧结基础特性较好的三组配矿方案,采用正交试验方法,对其进行了三因素三水平烧结杯试验,并对烧结矿的高温冶金性能、矿物组成和微观结构等进行了检测和分析。结果认为,蒙古矿配比58%,碱度2.0,MgO含量2.52%的方案在满足还原粉化指数、还原度和转鼓强度的前提下,能获得最优的软熔性能,有助于高炉顺行和降低焦比,故推荐采用。
Based on the research of Mongolia iron ores proportioning optimization and basic sintering characteristics, three groups of proportioning schemes with good basic sintering characteristics were selected according to the principle of high temperature property complementation and uniform mixing, and three-factor and three-level sintering pot test was conducted using orthogonal experiment method, and the high temperature metallurgical properties, mineral composition and microstructure of sinters etc. were tested and analyzed. The result shows that,in view of the scheme of Mongolia proportion 58%, basicity 2. 0 and MgO content 2. 52%, under the prerequisite of meeting the reduction disintegration index, reducibility and tumbler strength etc, the optimum soft melting performance can be obtained, which is favorable for smooth operation of BF and reducing coke ratio, therefore the scheme is recommended.
