本文从企业技术竞争优势的三个方面（技术创新优势、技术垄断优势、技术利用优势）出发，以专利数据为数据源，以中心度指标为测量维度，构建基于多重关系（专利权人合作网络、专利权人引用网络、共专利权人网络）的综合评价模型。通过对Wi-Fi专利数据的实证研究发现，基于多重关系的企业技术竞争优势综合评价方法，在评价内容上更加全面；在评价结果上符合企业竞争优势分布规律；对于企业技术竞争决策具有实践指导意义。

英文摘要：

The technical competitive advantages （TCA） of firm level have at less three aspects： the strengths of technological innovation, technological monopoly and technological usage. Therefore, using patent data as information source and adopting centrality as dimension measure tool, the paper develops an integrated statistical framework for comprehensively evaluating the Enterprise＇ s technical competitive advantage based on three different relationship types （patentee co-operation network, patentee citation network, co-patentee network from affiliation network conversion）. Moreover, the empirical research on Wi-Fi technology patentee competitive advantage has been carried out according to the evaluating model; results suggest the model with more comprehensive scope and fitting power law, which have practical values for enterprise＇ s technical competitive advantages.
