英文摘要：

By using Ahlfors’ covering surface method,some Nevanlinna fundamental inequalities of meromorphic functions in ｜z｜〈 1 are derived.Prom those inequalities,the authors confirm the existence of some singular radiuses dealing with small growth functions in ｜z｜〈 1,which briefly extend the corresponding results in the complex plane.
