为了客观评价陶瓷材料的可加工性,建立了可加工陶瓷材料可加工性评价的数据包络分析模型.选取被评价的可加工陶瓷材料为决策单元,将材料的性能参数经过数据处理后作为决策单元的输入指标,将材料的加工过程参数经过数据处理后作为决策单元的输出指标。分别生成决策单元的输入指标数据序列和输出指标数据序列,并构造数学规划模型,根据优化理论求出可加工陶瓷材料决策单元的最优解,通过比较最优解评价材料的可加工性.以5种复合陶瓷Ce-ZrO,/CePO4作为评价实例,综合考虑可加工陶瓷材料性能参数和加工过程参数之间的关系,获得材料的可加工性排序.评价结果表明,数据包络分析法能够客观评价可加工陶瓷材料的可加工性.
In order to evaluate machinability of ceramics materials objectively, data envelopment analysis (DEA) model for machinability evaluation of machinable ceramic materials was established. Evaluated machinable ceramics was selected as decision-making units. With property parameters after data processing as inputs and machining tained through process parameters after processing as outputs, input and output data sequences could be obdata processing operations. Mathematics programming model was founded and optimal values of all evaluated materials were calculated. Then machinabilities of machinable ceramics could be evaluated by comparing the optimal values. Five kinds of machinable composite ceramics Ce-ZrO2/CePO4 were selected as evaluation samples. Relationships between their property parameters and machining process parameters were synthetically considered, from which machinability rank of five kinds of machi-nable ceramics was determined. Resuits show that DEA is a reasonable and available method to evaluate the machinability of machinable ceramics.
