Helicobacter pylori infection may cause dieaseses such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and gastric cancer, and using vaccine to control this bacterium has become a highlight recently. The neutrophil-activating protein（NAP） is one type of effective candidate molecules of vaccine, the review outlined the status in the research of NAP vaccine against H.pylori mediated by Salmonella typhimurium, Lactococcus lactis, Bacillus subtilis and Measles virus.
