应用建立在一对啮合齿轮法节相等正确啮合条件之上,推导出非等模数非等压力角齿轮副的无侧隙啮合方程式、保持标准顶隙的齿顶高变动系数计算式及啮合副的重合度公式;对于NGW型行星轮系,在太阳轮和行星轮滚切加工、内齿轮插切加工时,推导出内外齿轮副的基本参数计算式;结合工程软件Matlab进行以体积最小为目标的优化设计,得到符合工程实际且可靠有效的设计方案。
Based on the action condition of a gear pair whose normal pitch is equal,the non-lateral clearance meshing equation,the gear addendum changes coefficients formula with standard clearance,and the gears contact ratio computing formula were derived for unequal modulus and pressure angles.For a NGW type planetary gear transmission,basic parameter computing formulas were derived,while the internal gear was manufactured with a gear shape cutter,and the sun and planetary gear were manufactured with a hobbling cutter.With the least volume as the goal of optimization design by Matlab for the gear transmission,a reliable and effective design scheme was obtained.
