本文通过分析实际控制棒驱动机构中的隔磁片的工作特点,设计了隔磁片的动态冲击试验装置,同时利用数值分析方法验证了该装置与控制棒驱动机构中隔磁片实际受力模式的相似性.通过实验测试和数值分析,研究了304不锈钢与625不锈钢两种材料制备的隔磁片在不同的衔铁冲击速度、不同的基座刚度条件下的衔铁冲击加速度、隔磁片受到的冲击力以及沿基座环向和轴向的应变历程.结果表明:通过冲击试验测试得到的数据与数值计算结果具有较好的匹配度,同时基座刚度、衔铁冲击速度以及隔磁片材料的差异均对隔磁片在冲击过程中的力学响应有相应的影响.
The impact test system has been designed and manufactured according to the numerical analysis of the dynamic mechanical behavior of the non-magnetic shim in the Control Rod Drive Mechanism (CRDM). The dynamic performance of the test system was also compared with the real CRDM and the similarity between the two devices was demonstrated. Two types of non-Magnetic shims made of 304 and 625 stainless steel respectively were investigated. The shims could be installed on two types of base with different lengths, i.e. 65 mm and 157 ram. The variations of the acceleration, impact force, and strains with time during impact of different velocities were investigated using both experimental numerical approaches. It is found that the experimental results show good agreement with the numerical. The impact behavior is influenced by the stiffness of the shim base, the impact velocity of the armature, and the type of shims.
