放射性食管炎属中医＂噎嗝＂范畴,基本病机为＂热毒侵袭,气阴两伤＂,兼有血瘀、气滞、痰湿、胃失和降等。治法上以清热解毒,养阴生津为主,兼以和胃降逆、清热祛湿、活血化瘀和消肿生肌等。用药有沙参麦冬汤、启膈散、血府逐瘀汤、甘露饮、竹叶石膏汤及自拟方等;单味药如血竭、苦参、云南白药、康复新液等。目前缺乏严格的、多中心、大样本的随机双盲临床对照试验及实验研究。今后当建立稳定可靠的放射性食管炎动物模型,选用临床有效的中药进行早期干预,客观地观察评价疗效并对疗效机制、有效药物及作用环节进行分析。

英文摘要：

Radiation esophagitis is as Chinese ＇belch choking＇ category,the basic pathogenesis is ＇hot poison attack,both qi and yin injury＇,with blood stasis,qi stagnation,phlegm,stomath fails to propel downwards,et al.The rule of treatment is based on detoxify,Yangyinshengjin,also to Heweijiangni,clearing heat and dampness,promoting blood circulation and reduces swelling,et al.The medicine has Shashen Maidong Decoction,Qige San,Xuefuzhuyu Decoction,Ganlu Yin,Zhuye Shigao Decoction,and has some self-made decoction;also only use one drug,as Xuejie,Kushen,Yunnan Baiyao Powder,Kangfuxin Liquid.But now still lack of rigorous,multi-center,randomized double-blind,large sample of clinical trials and animal experimental.In the future,we should establish a stable and reliable animal model of radiation esophagitis,clinically effective medicine used for early intervention,and evaluation objectively observed,and analysis the mechanism of the efficacy,the effective drugs and the role of link.
