基于支持向量机短期负荷预测模型,考虑气温因素,对浙江省某城区夏季电力负荷进行预测。实例分析结果表明,预测值的平均相对误差为2.51%,验证了模型具有有效性和精确性。
With consideration of the temperature,the support vector machine(SVM) based short-term power load forecasting model was used to predict the summer load for an area in Zhejiang.The results proved the model effective and accurate with the mean relative error about 2.51%.
