合作创新是提高科技型小微企业创新能力的重要途径，能否找到合适的合作创新伙伴直接关系到科技型小微企业的创新成败。以科技型小微企业为研究对象，构建了包含个体指标和协同指标的科技型小微企业合作创新伙伴选择指标体系。同时，应用CRITIC法确定了指标权重，采用主成分投影法，对科技型小微企业M选择合作创新伙伴进行了实证分析。

Cooperative innovation is an important way for science-technology Small and Micro Enterprises（SMEs） to en- hance innovation ability. And choosing suitable cooperative innovation partners is directly related to the promotion of inno- vation ability for science-technology SMEs. The research built index system of choosing cooperative innovation partners for science-technology SMEs which contained individual and synergistic index. Individual index included financial health, tech- nical capability, capability to access new market and knowledge and managerial experience. Synergistic index included common knowledge bases, goal correspondence, resource complementarity, harmonious culture and motivation correspon- dence. Meanwhile, the study used CRITIC method to determine the index weight and principal component projection method to cooperative innovation partners selection. Finally, the paper did the research on choosing cooperative innovation partner for a science-technology SME.
