目前由于一种新的合成方法的发明,国际上对于2,5-二甲基呋喃(DMF)作为代用燃料更为关注。在分析比较DMF与乙醇、商用汽油理化性能的基础上,全面地对比研究了各燃料在DISI汽油机(Direct-Injection Spark-Ignition Engine)上的工作特性。初步研究结果表明DMF是很有发展前景的生物燃料,它的一些理化性能与汽油相似且优于乙醇(体积能量密度、研究法辛烷值均高于乙醇等等),并且DMF的层流燃烧速度与汽油接近。在发动机性能试验中,DMF的指示热效率、最高缸内燃烧温度等特征参数以及排放特性大体与汽油相似,稍差于乙醇。
Currently,worldwide interest has been triggered in the potential of 2,5-dimethylfuran,known as DMF,since the discovery of improved production methods.Based on comparing physicochemical properties of DMF with that of bioethanol and commercial gasoline,this paper comparatively studies performance characteristics of three kinds of fuel in a Direct-Injection Spark-Ignition Engine.Initial results are very promising for DMF as a new biofuel,some of its physicochemical properties are similar to gasoline and competitive to ethanol(such as higher energy density and research octane number than ethanol).Besides,laminar burning velocity of DMF is similar to gasoline.In the performance test of engine,indicated thermal efficiency,max in-cylinder temperature and emissions of DMF are similar to gasoline and inferior to ethanol slightly.
