反思高考测试制度的改革历程,其在考试形式、考试内容及命题方式等方面取得了较大的制度性突破,在一定程度上也促进了多元评价、分类选才理念及其文化的形成。但受制于中国社会整体改革节奏,高考改革亦处于重大转型期,多种考试形式急需改进与整合、多元命题方式尚需调整与完善、考试内容结构与设计有待优化、考试的科学性与公平性还存在较明显的阶段性矛盾。基于制度变迁理论,高考测试制度的变迁方式将出现“强制性”与“诱致性”的变奏.变迁因素已转变为“政治”的消退与“技术”的崛起.变迁路径基本呈现出从“单一考试”到“多元评价”的转变。
Reflecting the reform process of college entrance examination, we lind that there have been greater breakthroughs in the form, scope of knowledge, and the tests themselves. To a certain extent, it promoted diversified assessments and recognition of different talents. However, due to the overall progress of Chinese reform, the reform in college entrance examination is still in a stage of transformation, with various forms of the tests to improved and integrated, the variety of examinations to be adjusted, the structure and designing of test content to be optimized. There are still problems in the quality of the tests and fairness. According to the institutional change theory, changes in the college entrance examination will be from the "mandatory" to the "induced" phases; while the incentives will be less "political" than "technical" , and the single test will give way to more diversified assessments.
