利用CFD软件Fluent对固定化微生物反应器内曝气头不同安装高度下的气液两相流进行了三维数值模拟。采用两相流欧拉一欧拉模型和液相Standard-8湍流模型,模拟获得了x、z截面处的液速分布图,并分析比较了4种方案下反应器内的液相速度和气液两相混合程度。结果表明:曝气头安装高度450ram、微生物柱安装高度370mm为最佳安装高度。
Adopting CFD Fluent software to three-dimensionally simulate gas-liquid flow within the immobilized bioreactor which installed at different heights was implemented, including employing two-phase flow Eu- lerian-Eulerian model and liquid-phase Standard-epsilon turbulence model to simulate the liquid velocity field in X-axis section and Z-axis section as well as analyzing and comparing the liquid velocity, the mixture of gas and liquid under four schemes in the bioreactor. Results show that the 45cm height for the aerator installation and 37cm height for the microbial column installation are the best.
