推导了复杂应力状态下碳纤维智能层的压阻本构方程.利用仿真实验数据对碳纤维智能层电阻率层析成像系统的有效性进行了验证.图像重建结果表明,在复杂应力状态下,智能层具有良好的传感特性.通过与被监测结构的第一、第二主应变对比,发现智能层高电阻率区分布在高应力应变区,低电阻率区分布在低应力应变区.电阻率的分布可以定性地反映结构的力场.验证了碳纤维智能层电阻率层析成像系统是有效性的.
The carbon fiber smart layer constitutive equation of piezoresistive effect was reduced in the complex stress state. The effectiveness of the electrical resistance tomography(ERT) system of car- bon fiber smart layer(CFSL) was verified by using rich data of simulation experiment. The image reconstruction show that the smart layer had good sensing characteristics in the complex stress state. The result of contrast it with the first, second principal strain of the structure was that its maximum resistivity area was just distributed in the maximum stress/strain area of the structure, and its mini- mum resistivity area was just distributed in the minimum stress/strain area of the structure. The re- sistivity distribution of the CFSL indicated structural stress/strain condition.
