研究了厌氧条件下,单独添加络合剂柠檬酸钠(SC)、酶及两者联合添加对城市剩余污泥水解效率的影响.实验结果表明,络合剂SC和酶联合添加可以在一定程度上提高污泥水解效率,且相对单独添加SC或酶,SC与酶联合添加时的处理效果更好.同一温度下(50℃),单独投加0.294g·g-1(以干污泥DS计)SC时,污泥SCOD/TCOD值为34%,比空白组提高了16%.单独投加60mg·g-1(以DS计)蛋白酶、淀粉酶和混合酶时,SCOD/TCOD值分别为23.6%、26.2%和28.0%.络合剂SC分别与蛋白酶、淀粉酶和混合酶共同处理时,SCOD/TCOD值分别提高到42.6%、42.9%和43.8%.从SCOD/TCOD值的变化可以看出,络合剂SC能强化污泥在厌氧条件下的酶水解效率,且酶活力的变化趋势进一步说明了络合剂的添加有利于酶活力的增大,进而促进污泥固相中有机物的溶出.
The effects of adding a complexing agent and enzymes on the promotion of excess sludge hydrolysis under anaerobic digestion conditions were investigated.The results showed that the efficiency of sludge hydrolysis could be greatly improved by adding the complexing agent sodium citrate(SC) and enzymes.When the dose of SC was 0.294 g · g-1DS(dried sludge) at 50℃,the SCOD/TCOD reached 34%,which was 16% higher than the control test.The SCOD/TCOD increased to 23.6%,26.2% and 28.0%,respectively,when 60 mg · g-1 DS of protease,amylase and the mixed enzymes was added.The combined application of SC and enzymes gave a higher hydrolysis efficiency than that of sole SC or enzyme treatment,and the SCOD/TCOD reached 42.6%,42.9% and 43.8%,respectively for SC+protease,SC+amylase and SC+mixed enzyme treatments.Analysis of the enzyme activity further indicated that both protease and amylase activity rose gradually in the presence of SC,thus promoting the solubilization of organic matter in the sludge.
