电力行业生产与管理过程中涉及到大量空间位置数据,对信息化的需求逐步加强。三维GIS凭借对空间数据强大的处理与可视化能力,已越来越广泛地应用于电力行业。本文使用Arc Engine开发组件,开发了对电力设施及其周围环境进行三维建模和展示的电力三维可视化系统。该系统包含二维与三维两个场景视图,在二三维同步的基础上,可根据电力设施基础数据自动创建出逼真的三维模型,并可在三维场景当中查看电力设施及其内部细节,进行飞行漫游,查看属性信息等。通过本系统的开发,实现了对电力设备及其周边环境的三维展示,可为电力设施的管理和决策提供一定支持,为今后类似电力三维系统的设计与开发提供参考。
In power industry,a large amount of spatial information is involved,not only in the production process,but also in the management process,which stimulates the requirement of informatization in this industry. 3D GIS,owing to its strong capability of processing and visualizing spatial data,has been widely used in power industry. In this paper,a 3D visualization system for displaying and modelling of power facilities as well as their surroundings is developed based on Arc Engine. This system contains 2D and 3D scenes that are synchronous. Realistic 3D models can be created automatically based on basic power facilities data. In the 3D scene,the power facilities and their inner details could be viewed from any view angle. Basic functions,such as navigation,flying,and attribute viewer,are all implemented in this system. It achieves 3D modeling and display of power facilities and their surrounding environment. It is hoped that this system could provide support for production and decision making in power industry,and act as a reference for similar 3D visualization systems in the future.
