基于地理信息系统,综合运用模糊数学层次分析法和因子叠加法,对广州市分别进行洪灾危险性评价和承灾体脆弱性评价。再结合洪水危险性和承灾体的脆弱性的权重,运用GIS软件生成洪灾风险综合评价图。通过对洪灾风险综合评价图的分析,得出以下结论:总的看来,广州市洪灾的格局为:纵向南部风险高,北部风险低;横向东、西两翼风险高,中央风险低。评价结果可为广州市防洪减灾提供借鉴。
By the aid of the ArcGIS, the author applied the Fuzzy math theory and factors added method to the evaluation of flood risk and vulnerability of the disaster bearing body of Guangzhou respectively. The flood hazard evaluation map was generated by drew support from GIS software, and compared with the weight analysis of the flood risk and the vulnerability of the disaster bearing body. On the basis of the analyzing the map, the author comes to the following conclusions: The flood hazard intensity of Guangzhou is high in the southern and lower in the northern ; the eastern and the western are high and the centre of the city is low. The evaluation results may provide reference for flood prevention and mitigation of Guangzhou city.
