This paper discusses the meaning and characteristics of organizational routine such as recurrent interaction,collective and context and path dependence by reviewing the literature.It thinks that routine could improve the effect of organization and favor organization learning,and suggests that the research should focus on the relation of strategy transfer and organizational routine.
