目的 探讨翻转课堂联合案例模式在护理本科生医学统计学教学中的应用效果.方法 选取158名护理本科生为实验组,149名护理本科生为对照组,对照组沿用传统教学法进行医学统计学教学,实验组采用翻转课堂联合案例模式,包括组建教学师资、制订教学大纲及实施教学方案.教学完成后,比较两组护理本科生的考核成绩和对教学效果的满意度.结果 两组护理本科生的理论、操作考核成绩及对教学效果的满意度有显著差异,实验组优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 翻转课堂联合案例教学法的教学效果良好,护理本科生的医学统计学理论知识和应用能力均得到提高.
Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case based teaching method in the medical statistics course for undergraduate nursing students.Methods A total of 158 undergraduate nursing students were recruited as the experimental group,and they finished their course by flipped classroom combined with case based teaching method.And 149 undergraduate nursing students were recruited as control group,using traditional teaching methods.By the end of the teaching process,comparison of the two groups of nursing undergraduate assessment results and satisfaction with the teaching effect.Results There were obvious difference between two groups in the satisfied degrees on theory,operation assessments scores and teaching efforts,the experimental group was better than those of control group (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom combined with case based teaching mode show good effect,and the nursing students'theoretical knowledge and application ability of medical statistics are greatly improved.
