创新探究的思路是有效治理学业负担问题的必然诉求。学业负担的历史检讨表明,场域的迷失和教学的疏离致其深处根基游移和调控乏力的持久困局。创新学业负担探究的理论逻辑在于以学校场域为视域,以教师教学效能和学生学习效能为视点,以关系思维做整体观照,从而重新确立学业负担的理论关系,并通过理论的科学研判、政策的关联设计和测评的实证取向进行实践创新。
Innovating the thinking of research naturally leads to an effective governance of study burden. The historical review of study burden has shown that field disorientation and teaching alienation brought study burden into a lasting suffering of foundation vacillation and weak regulation. The theoretical logic of innovating the research of study burden is to take the school field as a horizon, the teaching and learning effectiveness as a perspective, and the relational thinking as a holistic view, so as to re-establish the theoretical relationship of study burden. Meanwhile, it is necessary to innovate in practice during the process of scientific judgment to theory, policy relational design, and empirical orientation of evaluation.
