将多个(Ir(ppz)3∶FIrpic,1 nm)薄层对称地插入发光区(m CP∶FIrpic)中形成周期性结构,研究了该结构对蓝光有机发光器件性能的影响。结果表明,这种结构有效地抑制了发光区位置的漂移,减小了效率滚降,提高了光谱的稳定性;同时增强了载流子的直接俘获复合,提高了器件的效率。相对于无周期性发光层结构的器件,最大电流效率从16.55 cd/A提高到20.70 cd/A,最大功率效率从14.85 lm/W提高到16.26 lm/W,效率滚降改善了40%。
Blue organic light-emitting devices with periodic doped Ir( ppz) 3 emission layers were in-vestigated. It effectively inhibited the drift of emission zone, reduced roll-off of efficiency caused by quenching and enhanced the spectral stability. Meanwhile, it enhanced excitation mechanisms of self-recombination by carrier trapping of FIrpic in Ir( ppz) 3 , improved the utilization rate of carriers and efficiency of devices and reduced the leakage of carriers to electrode. Compared with traditional device, the maximal current efficiency and maximal power efficiency were improved from 16. 55 cd/A to 20. 71 cd/A and from 14. 85 lm/W to 16. 26 lm/W, respectively, and the efficiency roll-off was improved 40%.
