Landscape sensitivity and land use fitness are two basic factors in landscape resort preservation and development. Thousand Buddha Mountain landscape resort planning evaluates the two factors with ArcGIS, classiifes landscape into different grades, helps decision making in new viewpoints and facilities, and improves the rationality of landscape resort planning and decision making.
