This paper studies the issue of estimation capacity of(s~τ)×s~n fractional factorial designs,where r(≥2)is an integer and s is a prime or prime power.A sufficient condition such that an(s~τ)×s~n factorial design has maximum estimation capacity is obtained. Moreover,it is shown that minimum aberration designs of type 0 are expected to be a good choice under the criterion of estimation capacity.
