本实验设计了由5层结构组成的离心式微流控光盘,研究了在光盘上制备固相萃取柱的方法,并将其应用于Cr(Ⅲ)与Cr(Ⅵ)的分离,ICP-MS法检测总Cr与未被固相萃取柱吸附的Cr(Ⅵ)含量,从而计算溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)含量。该光盘可同时处理8个样品,样品预处理快速、分离效果好,样品用量只需要100μL;Cr(Ⅵ)的检出限达到2μg/L。
The analysis of environmental samples can be enhanced by the combination of solid phase extrac-tion,centrifugal microfluidic with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) .In this study,a five layers centrifugal microfluidic device was design and fabricated with studying the method of preparation of solid phase extraction column.Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) were separated on this device,and ICP-MS was used for detecting total Cr and non-absorbed Cr(Ⅵ) in solution.The system could process up to 8 samples simultaneously in short time,providing easy to use.This procedure allows for a rapid and good separation and quantification, only 100 L of sample and reagents was used,and the detection limit for Cr(Ⅵ) is 2 g/L.
