煤炭资源科学采矿指数计算方法探讨

科学采矿是对煤炭开采的基本要求,是人与社会和谐发展的基础和根本。由于当前对科学采矿的评价尚处于定性阶段,难以准确直观地表达煤炭企业的科学采矿水平。文章提出了科学采矿指数的概念,并构建了由5个一级指标、33个二级指标和64个三级指标组成的评价指标体系,分别为每个评价指标建立量化函数,采用多个专家背靠背赋权的主观动态权重实现方法构建数学模型,并引用具体事例介绍了科学采矿指数的计算和形成过程。

英文摘要:

A scientific mining is a basic requirement of the coal mining and is a base and foundation of the human and social harmonious development. Due to the present scientific mining evaluation is in a qualitative stage, it would be hard to correctly and directly explain the scientific mining level of a coal enterprise. The paper provided a conception of the scientific mining index. A evaluation index system consisted with 5 first grade indexes, 33 secondary indexes and 64 third indexes was established and the quantitative function was established for each evaluation index. Several experts back to back authorized active dynamic weight realized methods were applied to the establishment of the mathematic model. Certain cases were applied to introduce the calculation and formation process of the scientific mining index.
