实验研究了PVP,PCVap,VC-713,BCS及其复配物对抑制陕北气田天然气水合物生成的影响。发现抑制剂为单一组分时,PVP的综合性能最佳,抑制时间为800min。复配使用可大大提高性能,质量比为l:1的PVP/VC3713组合抑制剂抑制时间达5800min,质量比为2:1:1的PVP/VC-713/BCS组合抑制剂抑制时间达14700min。PVP覆盖在水合物晶粒表面形成孔道较为疏松多孔膜,而VC-713形成膜的孔道更为致密,同时BCS分子进一步阻止水分子参与水合物笼的形成,三者共同作用增强了抑制能力。
Effects of PVP, PCVap, VC-713, BCS and their composites on inhibiting hydrate formation in Shaanbei gas field were investigated. The results indicated that when only a single substance was used, PYP was the best with a inhibition time of 800 rain, and the combining use of inhibitors could improve performance greatly, increasing inhibition time to 5 800 min for PVP/VC-713 composite with a mass ratio of 1:1 and to 14700rain for PVP/VC-713/BCS composite with a mass ratio of 2:1:1. PVP and VC-713 could attach to the surface of hydrate particles, forming a membrane with porous channels by PVP and a membrane with dense channels by VC-713, while the oxygen atom of BCS could prevent the water molecules to access to hydrate cage, all of which together enhanced the ability of PVP/VC-713/BCS composite inhibitor for prohibiting the growth of hydrate.
