对人才租赁问题中人才租赁与中介中心的内部雇员规模问题进行了研究,考虑的租赁中心从事两类雇员的租赁与中介业务,即不但出租中心的内部雇员,而且为外部临时雇员提供中介服务.两类雇员中一类具有复合技能,能够替代另一类雇员进行工作.企业的雇员需求和中心外部所能够提供的临时雇员都是不确定的.基于获利期望值最大准则,提出了替代策略下的人才租赁中介中心的两类雇员规模的离散随机优化数学模型,用边际分析法证明了最优解的存在性和最优解的必要条件,并提出了求最优解的搜索算法,通过理论分析和仿真数据实例的计算结果可以看出,中心采用替代策略在满足客户需求和提高中心的收益方面具有明显的优越性.
In this paper a manpower planning problem for a talent leasing center is studied. The center considered is engaged in the workforce leasing service with its own employees and agent service for those outside the center. Two types of employees are considered with substitution. The high-ranked employees have the mixed skill. They can not only do their own job, but also substitute for the other type of employees to work. Both the number of employees required by the firms and that of employees available in the talent market outside the center are uncertain. Firstly, based on the criteria of maximizing profit, a mathematical model on the employee sizes in the talent leasing center is proposed through the discrete stochastic optimization. Then the existence of the optimal solution is proved by the marginal analysis. Next the advantage of the substitution strategy is also addressed and the necessary condition of the optimal solution is presented. Finally the algorithms searching the optimal solution are proposed. The theoretic analysis and the results of simulated numerical examples reveal that the substitution strategy makes the center more efficiently satisfy the employee demand of the firms and get more revenue.
