本文中应用椭圆柱坐标系下的三维解析算法对椭圆形阻抗复合式消声器的声学特性进行了研究,分析了不同参数对消声器消声量的影响规律。结果表明,穿孔管穿孔率、孔径和吸声材料流阻率均对消声器的消声特性有较大影响,不同参数下消声器在高、低频段的消声量有较大差异。实际应用中建议根据不同工况下排气噪声频率特性来调整消声器结构参数,以获得满意的效果。
In this paper,the acoustic performance of impedance compound muffler with an elliptical cross section is studied by using three-dimensional analytic algorithm derived in an elliptical cylindrical coordinates to analyze the effects of different parameters on the sound attenuation of muffler.The results show that the perforation rate,the aperture and the flow resistivity of sound absorption materials all have relatively significant effects on the acoustic attenuation characteristics of muffler.The magnitudes of sound attenuation at high and low frequencies have rather great difference for mufflers with different parameters.So it is strongly suggested in practical application to adjust the structural parameters of muffler according to the frequency characteristics of exhaust noise in different conditions for obtaining satisfactory results.
