本文试图将组织行为理论和创新理论结合起来,探讨服务性中介机构不同的权力依赖方式,是如何影响服务性中介机构和中小企业的关系,并进而影响中小企业的创新绩效的。通过对244家企业样本的统计分析,我们发现服务性中介机构的权力依赖方式,不论是依赖个人权力(参照、专家和信息权力)还是依赖职务权力(奖励、合法和强制权力),都会对它们与中小企业之间的关系强度产生正影响,而后者会对中小企业的创新绩效产生正影响,并且中小企业和服务性中介机构之间的关系强度在服务性中介机构的权力依赖方式和中小企业创新绩效之间构成中介作用。上述结果表明,服务性中介机构应当通过适当地运用不同的权力资源来积极地影响它们和中小企业之间的关系强度,并进而影响其创新水平。
By combining the theory of organization behavior with the theory of innovation, how different power dependent of serv-ice intermediate could affect the relationship between the service intermediates and the Small and Medium - sized Enterprise (SME) and then affect the innovative performance of SME are discussed. Base on the sample analysis of 244 SMEs, the power dependent ways of service intermediate is found; it makes no matter whether depend on individual power or on position power, all positively affect the relationship strength between the service intermediates and the SMEs and then improve the innovative per-formance of SMEs. The research also indicates that the tie strength between the service intermediates and the SMEs could mediate the relationship between power dependent ways of service intermediates and the innovative performance of SME. The service in-termediates should properly apply different power source to positively affect the tie strength between the SMEs and themselves, and further improve the innovative performance of SMEs.
