以全桥与半桥混合桥式电路作为控制系统主电路,以串励直流电机作为控制对象,通过改变电路中供电开关对的通断,改变电枢电流方向和回路,实现串励直流电机调压调速、电子换向和四象限运行控制,并保持电枢与励磁电流大小相同。实验表明,所提出的控制方法能很好地实现对串励直流电机的控制,达到了预期目标。
In this paper,the full- bridge and half- bridge circuits as the main circuit of the control system of the series- wound DC machine were researched. The armature winding current direction was changed by controlling the switching elements of the circuits on and off. The targets that speed regulator,electronic commutation,four- quadrant operation controls of the series- wound DC machine were achieved. The current of armature and field winding was kept the same. The experiment results indicate that the proposed control method can well realize the expected control purposes of the series-wound DC machine.
