文章以历史还原的思想为指导,采用语言哲学中语义分析的思路和方法,即在当时的语境中分析"肾精"概念的逻辑涵义。发现"肾精"的认识来源有3个方面:对生命产生过程的初步观察;古代"精气"是万物生成本原的哲学思想的影响;通过功能状态来认识"肾精"。由于认识的来源不同,"肾精"的现代物质基础的指谓可能有差异。但总体的关于"肾精"的语义分析,提示"肾精"共有的涵义是具有元初、生成其它物质的特点,因此,正是在"生成性"这个意义上说,"肾精"可能与某些物质如干细胞或其所包含的特定状态的遗传物质相对应,这个语义的条件和前提不能忽视。文章意在表明《黄帝内经》作为古代中医学家的语言记录,可采用语言哲学的分析方法解读。
The logical meaning of 'kidney essence' was re-analyzed using semantic analysis of phylosophy of language in the restituted historical scene. We found there are three sources for knowledge of 'kidney essence'. The first derived from the primary observation on the process of life generation. The second is the ancient phylosophy that 'essence' and 'qi' are the origin of things. The third souece is through the whole functional status to inform 'kidney essence'. These different sources may result in heterogeneity in the material basis of 'kidney essence'. However, the most important semantic of 'kidney essence' is that it should be generative, that is to say, it can generate other substances. In this sense, we say 'kidney essence' points to the stem cells or genetic material that has regenerative potential. Our analysis supports that many concepts in the Huangdi Neijing (in mandarin), a classic book of traditional Chinese medicine, can be re-analyzed by morden phylosophical methods including method of phylosophy of language.
