Community education is now received highly attention of the municipal government and all walks of life in the background of promoting construction of a learning society in Guangzhou. Activities related to applying professional knowledge to community education play an essential role in the promotion of community education. This paper discusses the long-term operational mechanism of applying professional knowledge to community education from the following four aspects： fund, staff, modes and the evaluation.
