英文摘要：

Based on the implementation of post support policies of resettlement for large/medium size reservoirs, field survey on the implementation situations of local and national policies in J County, Anhui Province through in-depth interviews and participatory observations, etc. The formulation processes of the local and national policies are introduced. The contradictions and demands from four stakeholders under this condition are investigated. The operation modes of the top-down and bottom-up policies are discussed. It is pointed out that the national policies are easily run and rigidly controlled but may not fully fit for diversified demands, and the local wisdom should be respected and much attention should be paid to the equity of all the affected groups.
