对瞬时性故障和永久性故障进行了详细的分析,提出了一种基于电压补偿原理的新型相位判据。该判据通过对断开相端电压分别进行两种适当的补偿,获得用于比相的两个相量,保证在瞬时性故障时两者反向;而在永久性故障时,两者接近于同向。该判据原理简单、可靠,不受过渡电阻、负荷电流和故障点位置的影响,仅利用线路的单端信息即可实现故障的判别,不需要故障测距装置,适用于不带并联电抗器超高压线路。EMTDC仿真实验证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。
The characteristics of transient faults and permanent faults are analyzed, and a new phase criterion for single-pole adaptive reclosure is proposed based on voltage compensation. Two phasors for phase comparison can be obtained after the terminal voltages of opened phase are properly compensated. The directions of the two phasors are reverse for transient faults, and are almost the same for permanent faults. The proposed criterion is simple and reliable, and can be hardly influenced by fault resistance, load current and fault location. The criterion only uses one-terminal data, and it can be applied to EHV transmission lines without shunt reactors. EMTDC simulations show that the proposed criterion is correct and valid.
