[目的]研究新安医家吴楚《吴氏医验录》中运用补中益气法治疗疟疾验案3则,探寻吴楚在治疗疟疾方面的诊治特色,为现代临床治疗提供新的思路,取得更好临床疗效。[方法]以《吴氏医验录》疟疾验案3则为例,结合《内经》、《伤寒论》、《脾胃论》、《吴氏医验录》等相关论述与吴楚学术思想特点,阐释吴氏运用补中益气法治疗疟疾验案,仔细分析病因病机,探寻治疗规律与特色。[结果]吴氏治疗疟疾方面独具特色,擅于益气与温阳合用,尤好重用参芪桂附,医案中以补中益气法收功者不在少数。[结论]补中益气法对于疟疾的治疗有良好的疗效,后学若能结合经典和吴氏论述论著对相关医案进行深入挖掘并运用于实践,则能扩展临证治疟思路,更好地临床于服务。

[Objective] To study the Xin＇an doctors Chu Wu the Wu medical inspection record ＂Wu used Buzhong Yiqi method in the treatment of malaria three proven cases explored of Wu and Cbu in the treatment of malaria treatment characteristics, to provide new ideas for the modern clinical treatment to get better clinical efficacy. [Methods] To the Wu medical inspection record ＂malaria three proven cases, for example, combined with the＂ classic ＂,＂ Treatise on the Febrile Diseases＂,＂ spleen and stomach＂, and other related works and Chu Wu the academic thoughts of Wu medical inspection and interpretation of Wu by Buzhong Yiqi method in the treatment of malaria test case, a careful analysis of the disease due to illness was made to explore treatment rules and characteristics. [Results] It found unique Wu in the treatment of malaria, adept at supplementing qi and warming Yang combination, especially good reusing Shenqi Guifu and medical records to knock Buzhong Yiqi minority. [Conclusion] Buzhong Yiqi method for the treatment of malaria has good curative effect, post-modernism if combined with classical and discusses works on medical records related to digging and being applied in practice, can expand clinical treating diarrhea ideas and better clinical services.
