采用教育实验考察"融入心理健康教育"和"未融入心理健康教育"的两组大学生以及高年级和低年级两组大学生在心理健康状况、人际和谐等多方面的差异性,在此基础上分析心理健康教育融入辅导员工作的成效。结果表明,融入心理健康教育的辅导员工作模式有助于提升大学生的心理健康水平、促进大学生积极行为、改善大学生师生关系。建议在现有的辅导员工作模式中融入心理健康教育,通过辅导员定期的心理健康知识传授、与大学生平等互动的心理沟通,以及指导大学生开展心理健康教育活动,为大学生积极发展提供更好的条件。
The influence of the psychological work mode was investigated to explore how mental health,behavior and relationships were affected. The results showed that the psychological work mode could( 1) enhance the level of college students' mental health;( 2) promote college students' positive behavior;( 3) improve the relationship between teachers and college students. So it is necessary to integrate mental health education into counselors' work mode in the way of imparting knowledge of mental health,psychological communication and guiding students to design mental health activities. All these will provide better conditions for college students' positive developments.
