英文摘要：
The evaluation and selection of cooperators in the military supply chain plays an important role in impacting the over-all efficiency of the whole military supply chain. In order to choose correct cooperators to improve the logistics efficiency,the research presents the evaluation system of the military supply chain, and then proposes a dynamical and fuzzy model based on the multi-factor and uncertain conditions. At last it gives an illustrative example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model. This research is helpful for selecting correct cooperators.
